24/7 Emergency Response & Lockouts

Your safety and security are our priority. In the event of a life-threatening situation, injury, fire, or security concern, please call 911 first, then notify the property management team at 253-843-4777. Our team is available 24/7, with on-call maintenance engineers ready to respond and dispatch as needed.

For non-emergency lockouts, tenants may contact property management for assistance. Please note a $150 lockout fee will apply.
