Our Story

Shannon Tiegs founded the company in 2011 after years working in corporate real estate — where she saw firsthand how impersonal and transactional the industry could be. She knew there had to be a better way.

Tiegs Property Services was born out of a desire to build something different: a company that provides corporate-level quality and outcomes, with a customized approach that puts people first. A place where tenants feel supported, property owners feel prioritized, and team members feel respected. That “people-first” mindset still drives everything we do today.
