Amanda Parham is a licensed commercial property manager with nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Since beginning her career in multi-family housing in 2015, Amanda has transitioned into managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties—including retail, mixed-use, industrial, and office spaces. In her current role, she oversees day-to-day operations with a strong focus on leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations, ensuring that each property runs efficiently, remains profitable, and provides a positive experience for both owners and tenants.

Amanda is known for her proactive approach to client service and vendor management, maintaining strong relationships and swiftly addressing tenant needs to keep properties well-maintained and operating smoothly. She holds a Real Estate License and is a certified Notary. Amanda’s work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a philosophy that values active listening, continuous learning, and the power of a warm, confident presence. 

Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting and refurbishing vintage furniture, running a paint store with her high school sweetheart, and cherishing time with their beloved pets. A unique chapter in her journey includes living in Germany for three years—an experience that broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for community and culture.
