Brianna Lord is a Partner at Tiegs Property Services, where she pairs over a decade of experience with a genuine passion for people and property management. Born and raised in Federal Way, Washington, Brianna’s journey with Tiegs Property Services began right after high school in 2013. Since then, she’s worn just about every hat at the company—learning the ropes from the inside out and building a deep appreciation for every role and every person behind the scenes.

While working full time, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Law and Policy from the University of Washington Tacoma, then followed it up with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2017. A steady commitment to personal and professional growth has woven itself through every chapter of her career and leadership journey.

In 2024, Brianna became a Partner at Tiegs Property Services. She thrives on the fast-paced, always-evolving nature of property management and finds joy in solving tough problems and supporting her team. Whether she’s troubleshooting a tricky issue or mentoring a colleague, Brianna brings a collaborative, grounded energy to everything she does.

Beyond her day-to-day at Tiegs, Brianna is actively involved in the commercial real estate community. She’s a proud member of BOMA Seattle and has previously served on the BOMA South Puget Sound board, helping shape the future of the industry she loves. 

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her out on a paddleboard, carving up the slopes on a snowboard, or curled up with her dogs and a good book. She’s also a loud-and-proud Swiftie—because balance is important, and sometimes you just need a little “Cruel Summer” on repeat.
