Lauren joined Tiegs Property Services in May 2023 as a Property Accountant. In this role, she is responsible for financial reporting and accounting operations across approximately 30 properties — nearly half of the company’s portfolio. Her work includes managing budgets, reconciling accounts, preparing monthly and year-end financial statements, and collaborating closely with property managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Lauren plays a key role in maintaining the financial health and transparency of the portfolio.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington, Tacoma. With a career in accounting dating back to 2004 and a strong background in payroll, she brings extensive hands-on experience and a practical approach to financial management.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors paddleboarding, taking her dog for walks, or diving into home improvement projects. She also channels her creativity into baking and decorating sugar cookies — a hobby that not only serves as a fun artistic outlet but also brings delight to friends and coworkers who get to enjoy her sweet creations.
