Nicole Martinez joined the Tiegs Property Services team in 2025 as a Property Manager. She has over two years of experience in the property management industry, with a focus on tenant relations, facility upkeep, vendor and contract coordination, and capital improvement projects.

Nicole is licensed in real estate and has built a strong foundation in client and vendor communication. She’s progressed quickly in her career by staying focused on learning, growing, and supporting the people she works with. She takes a practical, team-oriented approach to her work—always looking to understand how different roles connect so she can be as helpful and effective as possible. Nicole’s strength is in seeing how everything fits together and stepping in where she’s most needed.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom of two boys and enjoys taking walks near the water to relax and recharge.
